Independent room available at 1567 Ridge Ave, Evanston, IL, 60201. Rent $827/month. Its a 3 Bed/ 2 Bath place near to the Metra station and Evanston downtown. The lease starts from 15th June or 1st July. I am looking for someone to share the apartment.
1) Conveniently located at Evanston downtown, near Metra station and 2 blocks from CTA station (purple line). Target 3 blocks away. Northwestern shuttle stops one block away from the building.
2) You get your own bedroom, attached balcony and shared bathroom (own basin). Located on the 8th floor, the place is spacious with hard wood floor in the hall and carpet in the bedroom.
3) Rent is $2,550 which will be proportionally split between you and two other roommates, utilities extra (not more than $60 per person). There is a one time moving fee of $200 and a credit check fee of $60. These are non-refundable once you sign the lease.
4) Covered parking spot available for $75/month, laundry is in the flat

5) Place is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, TV in the Hall, fully functional gym, 2 couches, 3 beds - Queen size bed, Table/Chair, Dining table, Big walk in Closet, Cupboard, Printer, Projector etc.
