We're 2 adult male professionals (just friends), and 1 small, chill dog currently sharing a large 3 bedroom in the heart of Noble Square (just south of Wicker Park). We're looking for another gentleman for the 3rd bedroom, available starting January 1st. The room is a good size (122 sq. ft.) with a large double closet. The neighborhood is incredibly safe, central, and accessible.

We practice open, honest, and respectful communication and conflict resolution. We proudly value and maintain a calm and friendly living environment. We both take pride in being rather reasonable people. We're clean, quiet, social, and friendly, and hoping to find the same. So yeah, we're nice to each other, actually do chores, and aren't crazy... we think...

LEASE DETAILS
-$750/month (+ 1 month deposit)
-Available January 1st (slightly earlier move-in is possible)
-All utilities included (gas, electric, high-speed Xfinity wi-fi, cable TV & Netflix)
-Month-to month rental agreement (minimum 4 mo. stay preferred)
-Good sized room (a little over 122 square ft.) with a very large closet

We're both very liberal/progressive, a bit nerdy, and share a healthy appreciation for good film/TV. Deep philosophical conversations are a regular occurrence. One of us has a background in fine/performing arts, so it's an artist friendly household as well.
