Roommate Wanted Rent A Shared 1450 Sq Ft House

1 NEW rooms are available for rent in a spacious shared house located in Brookfield. The house is currently occupied by two male roommates in their late twenties. It’s a large house (1450 sq ft) with 3 levels (upper, main and lower) with a huge fenced backyard. Common areas such as the living room, kitchen and bathrooms are shared and furnished. Please no pets or drugs; cigarette smokers are welcome to smoke outside.

We’re looking for 1 roommates to share our house with. We are looking for people who are willing to clean up after themselves and respect each other's space. Preferably a full-time worker or a full-time student who is willing to provide a credit score and/or background check prior to signing a 12-month lease.

Sean and Joe will be your roommates; both are doctors of physical therapy. Both are very friendly, tidy and quiet guys who keep to themselves and are open-minded to meeting new people. No judgment here, we are accepting of people from all backgrounds. We are movie buffs who enjoy an occasional movie night or bonfire. Sean lives in the upper level. He likes to game and typically keeps to himself in his room during his free time. Joe lives in the lower-level. He likes to cook and spend time outside in the garden, working out or going for walks.

**1 room main floor (150 sq ft) with closet
**$700 rent (utilities not included). Main floor bathroom is shared with lower-level roommate.

-PLENTY of FREE on-street parking in front of the house; the city of Brookfield does however require a yearly $50 parking sticker. *For an extra fee you can opt for garage parking.

- In-unit washer and dryer in basement. *Basement also offers extra storage space if necessary (complimentary).
