Third Roommate Needed - Spacious Recent Rehab - LG

We are looking for someone to rent out the third room in our recently rehabbed apartment. Hardwood floors, new appliances, lots of space.

Central air and heat.

US:
I am a young professional, 30, and the other roommate, 29, is getting their Master's and is working full time. We're both creators (art, writing, film). If you are too, great! We have one handsome young cat. We're relatively easy going. We just need someone who will do their share and be cool & communicative.

You:
Cool with LGBTQ+ is an absolute must (if you are a member of that community that is a plus)
Respectful
On time with your share of rent/bills

Selected candidate will need to submit application and fee to land lord and will be added to the lease upon approval. The utilities (electricity, gas, internet) will be split between the three of us.
