Hi all. I?m looking for a new roommate for my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Andersonville. The lease renews 9/1, and rent is $1400 a month total, so $700 each. Utilities including internet are usually around another $80 a month.
The place has central heating, and I?ve already got AC units for the summer. We?ve got two big front rooms, a back deck, and a small front deck. The apartment is already pretty fully furnished, and laundry is available in the basement for $1 wash/dry.
The area is quiet and very nice, very close to grocery stores and a Walgreens, and Andersonville has great restaurants. It?s about a 15 minute walk to the Red Line, but the convenient 22 and 50 buses are near by.
I?m generally a pretty quiet and neat guy, and don?t tend to have people over too often. I definitely wouldn?t mind having a roommate that I can hang with at the end of the week. Currently working in Evanston.
