Andersonville Rental: Bedroom & Private Bath

I'm looking for a responsible professional to rent a furnished bedroom with private bath in my recently renovated Andersonville home.

The bedroom is sunny and furnished with queen-sized bed (new mattress) and side tables. Large closet (four louvre doors) and some basement storage. The private bath is brand new too.

The rest of the house is spacious, so there is plenty of room when you want alone time. There is a front staircase (shown in photos) that leads to the rented bedroom/bath. A back staircase leads to my area. The house features a modern kitchen, shared living room/dining rooms, backyard patio and street parking. House is secured, so you will have private access code for alarm system.

You'll have a good job, preferably 9-5, and income. Good credit is important. A reference or two would be nice--or at least links to your Facebook and Linkedin, so I can get to know you unfiltered.

I'm a professional gay male who works from home. You must like dogs because I have a Dachshund/terrier mix who will roam the house. He's harmless and generally wants to be with me, so wouldn't be bothersome.

Bryn Mwar Redline EL stop is a 10-minute walk from my house. You'll be downtown within 20 minutes. House is 1/2 block from Clark Street, so easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Beach is just a few blocks away too.
