Small Bedroom in Shared 2bd/1ba

Hi there, I’m looking for a roommate to take over the small bedroom in my 2bd/1ba apartment. Location is conveniently near 880 & 580 freeways, Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and El Cerrito Plaza BART station. Living room has a beautiful view of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and city skyline. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in-unit with all appliances in like-new condition. There is a granite kitchen countertop / bar, and I have a set of three bar stools for it. Living room is furnished with couches, coffee table, and TV. Dining area and room for rent will be unfurnished at time of move-in.

Bathroom would be shared, there is no yard, and there are two flights of stairs to access the unit. I own a small dachshund-terrier that would be present on a part-time basis. If these are not deal-breakers to you and you are a chill person who communicates their needs then I think we could get along well. :) I currently use the single allocated parking space in the driveway, but would be open to offering this up.

Rent is $1200 per person and bills to be paid are Xfinity internet ($75 per person) and PG&E (which varies between $210 per person max in winter and $140 min in Spring - Fall). Average total cost per person per month is $1450.
