NOT an equal shared apartment rental. You are welcome to use the Kitchen and Dining area when needed, and of course, the Laundry in the apartment. I work in the living room!!

1/ Furnished and Min 3-month agreement required.

3/ You will have your own en-suite bathroom. This is the master suite in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment.

6/ Full size washer/dryer is in the unit.
7/ Located in San Ramon within walking distance to the Diablo College San Ramon campus. Really safe and nice neighborhood.

9/ Looking for stable roommate with stable job and income.
10/ You will be REQUIRED to sign a roommate agreement.

About the roomies

You will be sharing this large 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment of 1,165 square feet with only 1 other female roommate. I’m laid back and easy going. NO pets and NO smoking please. I’m a Christian and I go to church most Sundays. I’m looking for a student or working adult. MUST be clean, no cooking preferred but light cooking ok, absolutely no overnight guests, no loud noises, no drugs and no drama!
