Beautiful Quiet new home near Bart station

This is a new home currently under construction and estimated to be ready in late July so rooms will be available for rent from 8/1. Photos are taken from the model home.

The home is located in the newly developed neighborhood San Marco on the hill that is close to Pittsburg Bart station (5 mins) and downtown Concord (10 mins). There are 4 rooms you can choose, 1 huge master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet on the first floor and 3 private bedroom on the second floor. Master bedroom rent is $1100 and private rooms are $700, single occupant only.

I'll be occupying the master bedroom on the second floor and I have a dog, she will be in the backyard for most of the time. I'm a young professional working in SF downtown, very clean and quiet, routine work-life schedule, no drug or any sort of nonsense activity, no smoking inside, and I would expect the same from you.
