About the place: This is a 2-story house (unfortunately not ADA accessible) with the half bath, living space and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. There is a small front and backyard.
Location: About a 5 minute walk to El Cerrito del Norte BART station, Safeway, Walgreens and IHOP. The house is located in Richmond, but near the border with El Cerrito.
About me: Politically very left Environmental educator. Love to be outdoors, camp, hike, backpack, kayak. 40 year old Latina woman Queer friendly I have lots of arts and craft hobbies. I work and go to school.
About you: I'm looking for someone that is low key, clean, respectful and chill to live with. LBGTQ+ friendly, I have close family and friends that are queer so this is very important to me. No pets please.
