Large room available in Queer-Friendly 4bdrm Home

Hi! I have a large room ($1000 at 200sqft) for rent in my 4 bedroom house. We have a big backyard, a garden, and chickens. We are all kind and loving people, and love our pets. We are looking for someone who loves music, animals, and community: basically someone who supports the permaculture movement and movements for social/economic/environmental justice. I have a lot of work to do to manage this property, so if you are interested in some work exchange, we can talk more about it.
All utilities are included with rent: PGE, high speed internet, Dish (with sports package), water, garbage and yard maintenance.
This room is perfect for couples, though the rent would increase to $1200 for a couple.
There is a $500 deposit to secure the room, and please provide proof of income.
