Home community is safe and quiet with plenty of street parking. The space is available for short /long term rental. Owner lives in the house and has 2 Australian Shepherd dogs who are friendly and playful, therefore no further animals permitted. Outgoing, friendly, clean, organized, quiet and WFH.
