This is a large 4 bedroom/4 bath house - Home will be shared with a 3 adults and one 5 year old child. Backyard has some pet hens (you will hear occasional squawks in the morning when they are laying. There are no roosters)

Utilities are included. Water, garbage, WiFi, and Pge. Currently have Comcast internet. If you need your own TV services, that will incur separate charges. Washer/drier available on site.

No pets allowed. Looking for a clean and responsible individual to occupy the room. Ok with short term lease (6 months ok) prefer someone vaccinated.
