Furnished or not Bedroom with private bath

I have a furnished bedroom or not and private bath room available 4/1/2020 in El Sobrante. If furnished, it will have an 8 drawer dresser, a vanity/desk, a framed mirror and a full size bed with headboard and a memory foam mattress. Bed and bath linens provided or supply your own.
There is a lot of wall cupboard space in the bathroom and an extra closet provided in the art/craft room. Also access to more storage in the attic if needed.
You would share the living room and have full use of the kitchen along with your own full size refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen as well.
PG&E & Water are not included, however, internet and basic TV is. I do not have a TV so you would need to provide your own or stream on-line.
There is a shared washer & dryer or clothes line if you prefer and can share the service porch freezer. Also the gardening if you want, but not required
The house is on about 1/3 acre, single level, hardwood and tile through out with a 12'x22' deck off the kitchen.
I also have a 6'x8'x24' catio attached to the back of the house with 2 window accesses and an external access.
There is off street uncovered parking.
It is in a rural setting with no sidewalks, few street lights and various forms of wildlife visiting on a daily basis. However, 1.5 away are Grocery stores and shopping centers. There is a bus stop about a half mile walk and there are 2 Transit Centers within 3 miles.
The other occupants are my 6 senior and elderly rescued cats and a GSD mix. Oh and 12+ chickens, but they stay outside and provide fresh us fresh eggs :-)
The yards, front and back, are a work in progress. I am getting the raised bed veggie garden and bee hives ready to be put back into use.
I work in San Francisco, I leave early and get home early. I do have some one come in daily to check on the animals and let the dog out.
I am looking for a housemate that wouldn't mind sharing a meal or 2 once in a while. Tidy, respectful and independent and isn?t into drama and loves bad jokes. I?m told I am easy to live with, a go with the flow kinda person.
No couples or kids, please. Pets must get along with both cats and dogs. Prefer long term but short term considere
