$1,200 / 3br - Looking for 2 roommates

I have two unfurnished rooms that will be opening up in a house near Barrett and Harris Ave in El Cerrito in January (or earlier if needed). The rooms will cost $1200 and $1000 respectively, plus utilities. The house is a charming Spanish Colonial-style 3-bedroom 2 bathrooms with, plenty of sunlight, and a backyard, in a very nice neighborhood. Looking to share with one or two people around my age (30 to 40 years old) who are clean, responsible, financially able to take care of their share of the rent and utilities, and ideally people I can get along with. I am a 38 years old male, professional working in environmental conservation.
