My roommate is leaving for school soon and looking for replacement as co-tenant for remaining lease ending in December, male or female. I am a working professional in 20?s and looking for someone around my age and responsible, and courteous. Simple lifestyle after work to relax, and prefer it to remain that way. Potential to renew longer term to extend (preferred) depending on fit.

Move-in dates are approximate, but ideal target is around June and possibly sooner. Will need to sign lease agreement, with additional protocol and verifications by landlord. Looking to interview as soon as possible.
