It also features a queen size bed with new mattress and luxury bedding. The apartment has a washer and dryer, balcony with a fire pit that overlooks a beautiful park where friendly neighbors walk their dogs. The complex has a full gym, pool, outdoor bbq area, parking and storage. Located on the second floor, the unit is extremely safe. The property is gated as well. A walk thru the park will land you in downtown Walnut Creek with a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe’s just around the corner.

I am a single woman with two cats and I work from home currently (but that may change at anytime). I am friendly and mostly quiet (sometimes I have friends over but it’s nothing unreasonable). I do not have a television in the shared living space, but there’s a full stereo system to listen to music. However, I can make sure to install a tv in the bedroom along with a small personal refrigerator should that be preferred (just mention during our meet and greet). I enjoy a glass of wine and cooking while not working, and walking my kitties in the park.
