Utilities: Water, Garbage, Internet, and twice-a-week cleaning Included. PG&E will be split between Roommate and Landlord.
Parking: One spot available in the driveway, plus street parking.
Important Note: You’ll be sharing the space with two large dogs, so being dog-friendly is a must!
