Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my home with who’s either working full-time, studying full-time, or balancing a bit of both. I’d love to create a comfortable and easygoing space for both of us. I work from home and share the house with my young dog and two cats. My dog is a sweetheart but very energetic, so I keep certain rules and routines to help her stay out of trouble. The two cats mostly hang out in the garage or outside, only popping in once in a while. I try to keep things pretty clean and organized, and I’d love a roommate who will split all basic chores. The backyard is pretty huge for this area with redwood and oak trees. The empty room for rent is the largest in the house with the biggest closet and best "location" but all the rooms are similar size. I use the third bedroom as my office, but if you need a workspace, I’d be happy to make room for an extra desk for you.
