Best Room to Rent in All of Concord!

I offer the following price points, as to how my previous tenants have worked out (this is a great method and has been widely praised by my previous tenants as they have more control of their responsibilities and interests around the home). I also cannot lower my fees any other way. The cost for the most expensive offer I post, is everything for the house split 50/50, with myself only covering any heightened prices during your stay, your name does not go on any bill, and with myself doing all the labor around the house, I think it is a doable price to expect to pay for what you are receiving.

$1500 - You don't help with anything around the house (includes maid service for shared spaces, taking out the trash, etc., Nothing is not required of you outside of your private room).

$1400 - You help around the house 50/50 (i. e. trash/dishes/wipe down bathrooms/etc.) - We will discuss details.

$1300 - You are a responsible person and wish to be the sole person responsible for the shared spaces (i. e. taking out the trash/wiping down bathrooms/cleaning up the shared spaces/etc).

$1200 - Same as the $1300, but you also help me by picking up around the pet areas (i. e, litter boxes, hay off the floor, etc.)

$1100 - Same as $1200, but you also help me as a personal assistant type as I always could use help with little tasks I can't find time for, and if you are a super organized and responsible person, this would be cool for us both. I would need help with things like returning an amazon package to the UPS store, picking up groceries, going to the pet store, watering the plants, etc.)

Nothing lower than $1100 will be considered.

Now the good stuff:

I have a cat and bunny (both are indoors only), so I can't allow pets unless it is like a fish or something we can discuss.

The room is fully furnished, there is a walk in closet, freshly steam cleaned carpets before you move in. New pillowcases and sheets can be provided at your request but the comforter is optional for you as well as all the other blankets as they are used (clean obviously).

You can add whatever you like for the room but nothing can be removed as I have no where else to put it.

Roku TV in private room, you provide your own subscriptions for shows or whatever.

There is a community pool right outside the front door, a tennis/basketball court, and I have a beautiful private patio with a bbq and firepit.

Very homey, very clean (within reason of course). Good proximity to freeway entrances, gas stations, and to DVC.

First and last month's rent, cleaning deposit, and proof of renter's insurance ($30 total for 6 months on Lemonade), and a copy/photo/screenshot of your DL are all 100% required on the day the agreement is signed. I also will need a reference from the last place you rented out, such as your previous landlord.

Parking and all utilities and amenities included, you maintain no part of the billing and your name is never added to any billing, just enjoy the space!

You will be considered a part of the household and I expect to have help taking out the trash, keeping the shared rooms clean and as they were when you entered, etc.

There is a cleaning service that comes for the shared spaces on a bi-weekly basis. You have your own sink area next to your room, and this area will be included for you if you want. I also clean regularly (mostly after the bunny and cat).

The shower area is shared.

There is also a lock on your private room which isn't like most room shares, so bonus for you! Your privacy is important to me.

This would be a good fit for a young professional, or someone who has an understanding that I am the LANDLORD, not your FRIEND. I am to be respected and you are as well.

The house has been upgraded pretty much at every turn, from the floors to the paint, the lighting is all new, and the washer/dryer/dishwasher will all be brand new and installed before you're move in date.
