Bedroom available w/ shared bathroom in a well-equipped, cozy 2nd story upstairs apartment in Concord, CA. We have a small private balcony, AC + heater, dishwasher, and updated kitchen. Ample parking available in the attached lot for both you and guests to use. The apartment complex also has a pool, courtyard lawn, as well as mail and laundry on site. The complex is pet friendly (see below, I have pets already!).
Utilities -PG&E and internet are approximately $100 per month, which we?d split evenly. Water, sewage, trash pickup, and parking are all included in rent!

The apartment is located in the Oakview Apartment complex, located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood within five minutes? drive of three major grocery stores and four shopping plazas as well as quick freeway access and options for public transportation. 10 minutes drive to both downtown Walnut Creek as well as Todos Santos Plaza in Concord.

When:
Apartment will be available early November for a 12-month lease (exact move-in date will be provided: current roommate is in the process of finalizing the purchase of her own house). I would ideally like to have a new roommate chosen and ready to sign the lease by mid-/end of October. When signing the lease, proof of income and good credit will be requested, as per the complex management company?s protocol.
