EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO BART 15min walk, 8 Min bike ride or 5 minute drive up the street!
Semi-private bathroom located right outside your door that will be shared with guests. I am very introverted and rarely have guests so it will be generally all yours!

Full washer & dryer, Garage for storage and easy street parking. All utilities included in rent including WIFI. (extra cost to run cable in your room but Cable is in shared living room you can watch)

Dogs or cats welcome if accepted by my animals: Additional cost per month of $100 for dogs and $50 for cats (birds, reptiles, fish tanks or any stationary animal in a tank is extra $25 per month in case tank falls or something and damages or floods my floor)

Move-in Costs: First & last months rent plus $500 security deposit

Require Proof of income that exceeds twice the rent which is $1850 gross per month. Will not accept offer letters: I am a working professional looking for someone who is already semi-stable at a job for at least a month or so. Bank statements are ok if you work a 1099 as long as it shows incoming over $1850.

Lastly, a bit about me: I am 32, BLM supporter, lesbian stud/butch woman, graduated UCD and emptied out my savings so my animals could have a home without prejudice. Most landlords wont accept animals so you will love my home if you are an animal lover! I am VERY OCD, CLEAN and like things a certain way. As long as you clean up after yourself we should have no issues.

I do smoke weed but no cigarettes' in house please. I am rarely home due to my 8am-8pm work shifts so when I get in I make dinner and fall right to sleep. With that said I am looking for someone who wont play music late at night or have loud company over. My house is my Sanctuary and I want it to be yours as well.
