Room will be available on June 15, 2024. Presently occupied, but housemate will be vacating the room soon. Room can be Furnished or Unfurnished. Presently there is a Double bed with Sheets and a Comforter, plus a nightstand, fan, chair and a closet. If you have your own Foam Double or Twin bed it will fit in the room. Any other size will not fit do to hallway limitations.

Parking is available either on the driveway or on the street.

Most Utilities are included in the rent.

Laundry is done in the garage, always on the weekends when utility rates are lower. We try to conserve resources when possible.

I have another Bro living here, so you will make 3. Details will follow about the dynamics of the house, household and the neighborhood. We have a Very Private Lifestyle which our neighbors do not know about and we would like to keep it that way.

We have several cats living with us, but mostly in our Private backyard, garage, but also in the house, usually when it gets colder.

Backyard has several fruit trees, a private lounging/eating area, has a wood fired sauna and soon will will be installing an above ground pool as it gets hot here in Antioch.

Easy on and off of Highway 4. Many eateries within walking or drive distance. Several grocery stores within a 0.5 to 2 mile radius and the Antioch Bart Station is only 1.5 miles away or a 20 minute walk.
