Large unfurnished bedrooms available in a shared household. You will have your own bedroom upstairs, window facing out to the front yard, with a large walk-in closet.

We are a friendly & clean household seeking a roommate, possibly two - and the room is available now.

We live in a large shared 5 bedroom house, which is located in a nice quiet area in Antioch. We are located in a court near the Deer Valley/Hillcrest/Lone Tree area: 1 mile from hiway 4 & Antioch BART, and 5 miles from Los Medanos College. There are two living rooms, a large kitchen, shared 1-1/2 bathrooms (with yourself & three other roommates), and a spacious laundry room. There is plenty of street parking.

No pets are allowed & no cigarette smoking is allowed in or near the house (smoking pot in the yard is fine).

We are looking for someone who is financially responsible, laid back, kind, and respectful of others? schedules/sleeping times/spaces. No drama, no heavy drinkers, and no druggies.

Rent is $600/month + shared utilities.
After meeting approval from all roommates, there will be a $35 non-refundable background check before approval to move in.
