1 Rooms for Rent - Close to Bart

I have 1 room for rent in my home (condo) in Antioch, CA. It?s a quiet and lovely area with some extra parking spaces nearby. The area has plenty of trees and a marsh area that is quite nice for walking. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance and more importantly, so is the Bart station (only 1 mile from the house). The room is furnished with bed & dresser, but currently it is a kids bed and dresser. The room is not furnished for an adult but we can work something out to get the rooms furnished or negotiate a difference price.. Wifi included in rent and if cable is needed, something can be worked out as well. Other utilities are not included, and expect an even split for utilities used. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. The condo community also has a pool that can be used. Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker (at least inside the property), and not too noisy. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
