Fully furnished Private basement apartment in my single family home in Morrison, 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater.

I am a clean, mostly quiet creative introvert in recovery with 2 cats. Responsible, accountable, integrity are my priority values. I enjoy deep intellectual conversations and connection about self development, insight, imagination, science, and positive reframing. Good communication is important, as well as conflict management and expressing needs and feelings.. I make music as a DJ, have many creative income sources, and love building, fixing and troubleshooting stuff. I live alone, but my girlfriend often stays the night.

I am looking to rent out my basement for the slow season, November to April. I rent it out as a short term rental during the red rocks season, late April through September.

Looking for temporary also mostly quiet, calm, rational, respectful, responsible, reliable roommate(s) that don't smoke, drink, "party", or use drugs.

I love to cook, and would enjoy sharing meals in the shared kitchen. The laundry machines are in the basement, which I would need to come down to use once and a while every week or so. Open to a couple or single person..

The basement space is a private and separate area. Entrance through house front door with basement steps right next to the door. Quiet, safe, locked and secure space.

Living area with pullout couch, lift top coffee table, 55' Roku streaming TV, dining table, and kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge.

Bedroom with closet space, King bed, dresser, 32' Roku streaming TV, and charging stations on nightstands.

There are 2 cats on the premises that stay in the host's private area. Guests may encounter them when entering and exiting the space.

Shared areas: Entrance to home through front door and basement space. Access to full, spacious, natural backyard with garden and trees. Full Washer and Dryer in the basement space shared with owner. Full kitchen upstairs available to cook and store food in.
