Need 1 person to take over current lease

You will need to pass a background check and have your name on the lease. If you get approved and sign, your application cost will be reimbursed.

There is NO down deposit, NO first/last month rent due. As of right now the month of June has been covered and looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The apartment complex is Tanemara Apartments located here in Littleton. It's a 5 minute drive from South West Plaza and Wadsworth.

The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor)

Base rent is $890 plus water/gas/ and shared internet. The unit has an inside washer/dryer/dishwasher

This lease is for the next 8 months (April 1st renewal date)

You will have your own private full-size bathroom, furnished bedroom, with a shared furnished living space. The bedroom comes with a 14 inch brand new memory foam bed and small dresser. You are allowed to keep these when you move out, sell them or do as you wish. Items have less than three months of use. The bedroom has a ceiling fan.

There is a spacious living room with a fireplace that separates the 2 bedrooms so you won't hear noise from the other room. A round kitchen table with 4 chairs and dishes to use, and cook with.

The other roommate is a 38-year-old man without kids or pets. He works full time and spend most free time with a girlfriend outside of the apartment.
