My roommate of three years is moving out to get a spot w his significant other, so I need to fill a bedroom in my Littleton apartment.
The apartment is in a green corner of Littleton surrounded by parks just off Santa Fe and Belleview, 20 minutes from Red Rocks and 15 minutes from downtown!
The complex has a pool and Amazon package hub, there is an indoor area to wash off dirty snowboards and pets, & covered parking is available too. RTD picks up just outside the parking lot. King Sooper’s is on the corner, and there is a car wash, laundromat, & liquor store adjacent as well.
The apartment is on the third & top floor, with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, southwest facing porch with great views, and you have your own bathroom as well!
The bedroom is nearly entirely furnished as well, missing only a box spring and mattress. A full bed frame is already in the room! I’ve attached some pictures of the bedroom and bathroom, and I’m happy to privately send pictures of my full space and the surroundings of the apt/complex. The apartment is pet friendly (pitbulls with an ESA).
The rent is $950/month. Utilities are roughly $100 per person, per month as well! The room is ready for move-in immediately, and we can prorate rent accordingly.
