My 29 year old son, my grandson and myself, 65 years, have a bedroom available for rent in our house. We have 1 cat. You will have full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and yard. We have an evaporative cooling system (swamp cooler). Yard and household upkeep are shared.

Additional cost of utilities are split 3 ways and range between $150-250/month per person for power/water/trash/internet.

We're in the Applewood neighborhood of Lakewood, CO, 7 min. from I-70 or 6th Ave Hwys, the Colorado Mills Mall and King Soopers.
