THE SUITES You can rent a private suite upstairs with its own bathroom and access to a large workspace, all with beautiful views! You'll also have access to several shared spaces downstairs including a fully stocked kitchen, Kiva Room with fireplace, Music Room, laundry room, several outside patios/decks, and a beautiful waterfall/pond with several koi/goldfish. Free high-speed internet is available throughout.
• SUITE #2: SPIRIT BEAR ~ cozy room with Mexican decor, large windows with gorgeous views, comfortable queen bed with memory foam and sitting area. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful Mexican sink/tiles, with a shower, soaking tub and bathroom window. This suite is $1,800 per month plus utilities and optional cleaning services.
There is a full-time property manager onsite who takes care of the animals and ensures things are in good working order. There is one long term renter upstairs and one downstairs along with the property owner, who lives here part time.
