Room for rent at house in Arvada

Looking for a roommate at a house in west Arvada. My wife and I live upstairs. The downstairs area is set up with a complete kitchen, full bathroom, laundry unit, and large living room. We have no intention of bugging you as long as you are respectful and practice common roommate courtesy. Since we live on the property, we will always be available right away for repairs or other issues that you may need addressed.

Rules/expectations:
* Please be reasonably clean.
* Please no pets - we already have two cats and don't want to complicate things. (The cats will stay in the upstairs area and won't bother you downstairs.)
* Please no illegal drugs. (Weed, alcohol, and anything else that's legal in Colorado is fine).
* Credit check, background check, and work/rental history will be required for all applicants (no exceptions).
