Hello, The bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed, walk in closet, attached suite bathroom. Western facing window over greenbelt-you can see the mountains! I am quiet, clean and prefer same in my tenant. Business professionals or retirees does not matter, quiet and clean does:) Respect is key! The complex has pool/jacuzzi and gym. Gated community in dark hours. You will have your own off-street parking spot in front of the building. The complex has beautiful walking spaces.
