2 Empty Rooms in Castle Pines Townhouse

1 room $800 utilities included or
2 rooms $1300 utilities included (one tenant) the rooms are basically identical
rent is due the 1st of each month
minimum of 6 month lease

roommate qualifications:
* currently FEMALES/afab only please! sry dudes😕
* NO PETS (small non-roaming pets might be negotiable)
* must be must be willing to keep all common areas of the house clean / free of personal belongings/clutter, and help out with a few chores around the house
* hoping to find someone who DOESN’T want to host a lot of late night weekend parties/sleepovers so i don’t have to worry about noise complaints! plus i have sleeping issues so sleep, when i can get it, is very important to me

abt the house/room:
* 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, newly built townhome, very safe area
* earliest move-in may 18th
* shared laundry/kitchen spaces, all bedrooms are upstairs. shared bathroom
* mandatory security deposit, background check, and vetting process with recommendations (too many bad experiences lol)
* 2 minutes drive/walking distance from grocery stores, gas, coffee shops, restaurants, urgent care, etc. 3 minute drive to i-25 so it’s easy to get around
* 15 minutes away from dtc and 10 minutes away from public transit

current roommates (2):
myself (Lin) and my bf/bestfriend (Mike) live here at the moment- we keep to ourselves, we’re in the master bedroom at the opposite end of the hallway. I am partial landlord in conjunction with Dalton who is owner of the property.
