My current former fiancee is moving out and I am looking for a lady close to my age to take over his lease till Oct, hopefully to sign then as well. Large apartment fully furnished. Great view of mountains from the large balcony. Dogs welcome. No cats, 420 or big drinkers please. Great location and very convenient to shopping etc. Complex has a workout center and racquetball court. The building is secured with an elevator and laundry room.
