The available room is a spacious, fully furnished master bedroom with a king-size bed, two large closets, a private attached bathroom, and a lockable door with key for your peace of mind.

The home is shared with one sweet resident cat, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. It’s also a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment.

The house is in a great location—walking distance to Koelbel Library, the grocery store, and the beautiful High Line Canal trail. It’s a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors, and there’s plenty of space to unwind privately or chat over coffee when the mood strikes.

Rent includes: • All utilities (trash, recycling, sewer, water, electricity, gas) • High-speed fiberoptic Wi-Fi (1GB) • In-home washer and dryer • Optional garage space for an additional fee

First and last month’s rent are due at lease signing, and a background check helps ensure a safe and respectful living environment for us both.
