You would have the entire first floor to yourself which includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, full bathroom, large living area, and a storage closet. Second floor would be a shared space with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. But I'm hardly ever down there. Top floor is mine but you have access to the laundry room and there's a guest bedroom that you can use for visitors if I'm not using it. ALL utilities are included. House was built in 2020 so still nice and new. Pictures from my iphone don't do it justice. Must be ok living with my dog who is the best dog ever so that's actually a perk.
