This playful Jungle BR is waiting for you on the Main Level, Furn or Unfurn, with walk in closet. Main Floor Bathroom is for your use only, has shower/tub.

The house/neighborhood was built in 2020. next to an established community by DR Horton. Common areas are furnished and include laundry room, kitchen, lg pantry, living room with 75" TV with Roku and Amazon Prime. Kitchen has gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and large pantry. Main level Sitting Room for quiet conversations. Library Loft on 2nd floor. Professionally landscaped backyard includes patio furniture and cushions. South facing front porch provides another optional outdoor sitting area.

Entry, with several steps, is only through the front door. Security system, all utilities, WiFi and yard maintenance are included in monthly rent.

The location is great for airline employees as we are only 9 miles to Denver International Airport. Our High Point home is in a quiet, family neighborhood on a corner lot. A nice neighborhood park with outdoor swimming pool (summer only) is within a short walk. Home has 4 bedrooms plus the main BR.
Costco, King Soopers (Kroger), Sprouts, Natural Grocers and WalMart are all within a few miles. Park and Ride for the train station is within a couple miles if you want to go downtown to catch pro games, shopping or theater events. Most folks depend on a car in our area to get around.

Your food storage is in the shared pantry and refrigerator. Food is not included in the rent. Meals may be cooked in the kitchen using the pots, pans utensils and dishes provided. Everything must be cleaned up and put away after each use.

We love animals! However, pets are NOT allowed as guests or residents, under any circumstance.

My husband and I are newlyweds, easy going, retired professionals who travel occasionally. We are very active and have a strong family life. We stay in the Main BR. We are renting to non-drug use, non-smoking and non-drinking professionals.

Interested applicants will be approximately 30 years of age or older, friendly, genuine, mature, responsible, with professional work experience. We appreciate considerate people who are aware of others and do their best to maintain respectful and quiet behavior, especially during sleeping hours. Provide personal photos and details about yourself within your SpareRoom Profile/Ad. No photo, no response. Only 1 person per room.

Applicants will have a phone interview prior to being offered a showing. Showings will only be given to applicants who schedule in advance and show up for their appointment on time! You will need to complete a background check prior to your showing.

Bring to the property showing your Driver's License, 4 months of current pay stubs, and any other requirements asked for during the phone interview. (Monthly net income should equal 4X or more the amount of rent.)
