Pool has a waterfall and grotto- room for rent

Who we are? We are a couple who works full-time. We travel as much as we can and that's one of the reasons why we are looking for a roommate. Sometimes we have friends over on the weekends, but nothing out of the ordinary. We love grilling and will share meals occasionally. We are easygoing, very clean and organized. We would like to live with other people who work full time, females are preferred and no couples. We are looking for a roommate that has his/her life together, clean, respectful, has a stable job, responsible, able to pay his/her rent in a timely manner, quiet, drama-free, drug-free, and mindful of not wasting utilities. We have a cat and a small dog (both are very friendly) so we do not allow other pets and no overnight guests.
How is the house and the room? The house is large and spacious with full amenities: the kitchen has double ovens, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator with French doors and icemaker, there are 2 living rooms (both with fireplaces), dining room, 5 bedrooms (only three will be occupied, one of the others is an office and the last is a home gym), 3 full bathrooms (you will have your own private bathroom), laundry room with washer & dryer, beautiful pool with a waterfall and grotto, and a fire pit, grill station, large covered patio in the back yard. High speed dual-band WiFi and Dish Network (we have all the movie channels), Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and shows are available in both living rooms.
We have 2 rooms available for rent December 1st. The Second Master Bedroom has French doors opening into a large, bright room. There are 2 windows, one medium and the other a large arched window. There is a ceiling fan, built in desk, closet with a mirror and is large enough to accommodate king size bedroom set (there is a queen size bed, nightstand and lamp now, which can be taken out if you like). The other bedroom is medium sized, bright and comes fully furnished with a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstand and lamp, a medium sized window and 3 smaller windows, closet and a ceiling fan. Each roommate has his/her own bathroom. We would share the common areas of the house, including the kitchen, living rooms, Dining room, backyard and all its amenities, gym and laundry room. Parking is available on the drive way.
How is the neighborhood? Very nice and safe neighborhood. We are located on Sunrise Mountain, tucked away on the side of the mountain.
What is the price, terms and conditions? 1. $800 rent with all utilities included + $350 deposit (applied to last month if no damage). 2. Month-to-month lease with 1 month notice. 3. For short term renting $1000 per month
General rules: - In order to have a healthy environment, you must properly clean and be responsible for cleaning after your guests, especially in common places. No shoes on carpet. For safety reasons, only significant guests are allowed. You are responsible for the actions of your guest(s) and they must adhere to these same house rules. You must please notify us of your guest's arrival in advance. Smoking is only permitted outside.
