House

About the house: There are three total bedrooms available at this newly remodeled property. There is no lease and only a 30 day notice is required to move out. All utilities are included in the rental price. Also included are paper products(toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex), ?house stuff?(trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, etc), bottled water, coffee, etc. All the furnishings are provided as well as bath towels, etc.
The two small/medium(depending on what size bed is in them) bedrooms are beautiful with generous closets, neutral paint, and a lovely view of the park across the street. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom with lots of storage.
The master is well appointed with a private balcony, private bathroom and double closets. It also comes with a parking space in the garage.
The pool area has a grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor living room.
Each person has kitchen cupboard space for their food items. The refrigerator is shared with a second fridge in the garage for extra space.
There are two livingrooms, a breakfast nook and dining room in the common area; plenty of space to spread out and relax.
About me: I am currently working in Las Vegas but will be traveling for work more often in the future. I have two small dogs in the home who will bark when someone comes to the door but are quiet otherwise.
Expectations: Clean up after yourself. Respect other people?s belongings. Smoking/vaping is fine outside.
