I am looking for an Awesome Roommate to rent my extra bedroom. It is just me and my other roommate living in the home, we both work quite a bit so we are usually out and about. Must love animals. We have some resident pets living here, so no more pets will be accepted but feel free to cuddle mine they love it. I own a small pet care business, so once in a while we will have a dog spend the night. They are all very sweet and stay in the dog room downstairs. We are friendly but prefer smoking outside so the house doesn't smell. We have an outdoor living room area to chill in.

Our ideal roommate would be Female between 23 and 33, drama free, clean, reliable, respectable and trustworthy. Must pass a background, credit & covid check.

Room with large closet, carpet and window for Rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Mission Hills. The bathroom is shared with my other roommate but she's always at work and there's an extra bathroom downstairs so no worries.

Must pay rent on time or late fee will apply. Utilities are included and room can be furnished if need be.

Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, trash, internet, air conditioning, and water.
Date Available: March 25th. $750/month rent, $350 security deposit.
