We are female and male best friends in our 50's looking for an animal loving, roommate. Must be non-smoker/drug user, very clean, respectful, mature, easy going and a huge animal lover as we have several smaller rescued dogs, fosters, cats and a few parrots that are our family. We are very active in animal welfare/rescue/rehabilitation.. Please do not respond unless you are a HUGE animal love and someone who will be patient, understanding and supportive of their needs and the work we do to help them with their adjustment/healing/rehabilitation. We can't accept any more dogs, but may consider someone with another social well behaved smaller animal. Single room occupancy only. Non-smoking/no drugs.
Rent is all inclusive: utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, pool/yard maintenance and housecleaning EOW. May consider a rent reduction for help with house/animal chores-caretaking. Only one individual per room. Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood near stores, parks and trails. Big tranquil yard with pool fish pond and hammock. Must be open to a background check and references. .
