Rent includes Wi-Fi cable (all premium channels) free street parking, dishwasher, use of washer and dryer, oven and stove and backyard patio.

About the Roomies
2 female tenants/landlords live on top floor. Female in early 20's lives on bottom floor as well as a male-mid-30's engineer. All tenants are quiet, clean, kind and respectful.
