Subleasing- Asap

I am looking for someone to sublease a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for 1500 a month, an additional 20 for garbage and water utilities, and pay your electricity bill. This is all within an apartment that is 2 bed and 2 bath. This place is pet-friendly and has a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, and free residential and street parking. It is minutes away from the marketplace (Safeway, Panda Express, Noah's bagels, Peets Coffee, ume boba and tea, CVS, etc.). It is also minutes away from the Westlake Plaza where you can have Tkumi Ramen and RiceBowl, Dollar Tree, and more. It is a street across from a gas station! It is feet away from the bus stops: take P line and Q line, respectfully to Campus, back home. The neighborhood is family-friendly and quiet! I am leaving at the end of March- so I am looking for someone to take over my lease from then until end of August. If you like your stay, you are welcome to extend the lease. My housemate will be there until end of June. She is also a student at Davis, is quiet, easy to talk to, and is very mindful of others!
