Rent is $1200 each room +$100 for utilities which includes water, electricity, gas, garbage, wifi. This house is a single story 3 bedroom home in the Westlake Village area with central A/C and heat and with high quality well insulated windows. Each room is approximately 10x10 feet each with a 2 by 6.5 foot closet. One shared bathroom for both bedrooms with access to full sized laundry machines, a section of the fridge/freezer, and full kitchen, living room, and backyard access. Parking is plentiful on the street in this quiet, safe neighborhood. Move in date is July 3rd, 2024. 6 month to a year lease. Pictures of rooms and living space to come soon.
