We are a couple in our mid-30’s looking to share this home with someone who is down to earth, easy-going, professional, and respectful. Male works out of the home 3-5 days a week, female works from home. We are creative-types who enjoy watching shows and movies at night, listening to music, good conversation, good meals, time outside, respectful of privacy and personal belongings, and open to hanging out and making friends. We value peace and solitude as well as good quality company.

We just ask for respect for personal space and common courtesy for shared spaces and things such as kitchen supplies and home furnishings.

Shared laundry on site. 10-15 min walk from downtown Ventura and the beach. Ample parking.
