We are kind-spirited and warm company so we are seeking someone who is likewise the same, for we are calm and uplifting people☕😊. Like us, you too must be emotionally and financially stable; and also like us, you as well must possess integrity and be conscientious and ethical. We are looking for someone similar to us; good credit score, clean, respectful, and who can get along well with us. The mindset and character of the people whom you surround yourself with can impact your perspectives, mood, outlook, and lifestyle. 🌼☮✌😎

A pretty, cute, completely furnished room for one female, including your own balcony and ample closet, is available for a colleague who is also a fellow college-degreed, salaried, full-time business professional working outside of the home.

The former model home is located near beautiful, safe, downtown Thousand Oaks in a newer, quiet, upscale complex of other professionals🌙🏡🌴🏠🌳´

The lease includes hi-speed internet, a laundry room inside the house, use of a vacuum if you want, and of course, full house and kitchen privileges, including use of the fridge, microwave oven, toaster oven, appliances, dinnerware, and Tupperware.
Lite kitchen use.
$50 toward utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, trash, housecleaning, gardener, etc).

A compatible housemate is someone who is also always rent-punctual, mature, responsible and honest; and knows how to keep the bathroom and kitchen clean after use because we keep our place always very neat, clean, organized, and tidy for everyone to enjoy✨. This household supports and works well for someone who is focused on their goal of ascending in their career. We want our roomie to feel at home, relaxed, and comfortable and free to be open and honest and to communicate if they’re bothered, worried, or concerned about something (instead of playing passive-aggressive games and making the vibe weird, lol🐶). 🤝

( Note, this is a positively No pets, smoking/vaping, boozing/drugs/pot, parties, drama🚫 or evening visitors household, please; Thanx! 😉 ) Any abuses or drama of any kind will find itself out of our home. Our peaceful and congenial home is to remain a safe environment, kept free of any negative energy; only friendly, positive, good vibes here, and those with kind and considerate social skills qualify staying here🥂😸.

The lease requires the conventional 30-day move-out notice and a $100 security/cleaning deposit.
