Home on West end of Simi Valley. Hello! I am renting out 2 Rooms. This is a month to month lease, however, these are not rooms being rented for just a month at a time. Would like a tenant looking for a place to exist for a minute or 2! 2 Rooms for rent with shared bathroom. Both rooms are 10x10. Plenty of cabinet space for storage in bathroom. If you are interested, I am open to renting out both rooms to 1 renter! Please know this is a family home. Quiet atmosphere, but we deinfitely dont tip toe around. Plenty of parking space in driveway. There is a washer and dryer in the garage off patio. Kitchen privledges with plenty of space to store food and cookware. There are 2 outdoor patios. 1 patio is furnished to hang out on and bbq, etc if you like. The other you are more than welcome to use to have a place for privacy…you’ll have to bring your own sitting arrangements! Space in the garage for storage/work bench available if needed. Utilities included with WIFI. Would like to find a renter that is on time with rent, has a full time daily profession, please no working from home. Clean & courteous of shared areas. Easy going atmosphere. This is definiely a family home and anyone living here deserves to feel respected and safe.
