- 3 Total roommates. - I'm calling it furnished if you need the queen sized bed w/ comforter & sheets, wall mounted TV, "soft" fabric standing shelves included if you need. Or I can remove any/all.
- no dog or cat pets, sorry.
- I'm a reasonable, flexible person so some things are negotiable.
- We really like to maintain a mostly clean and clean smelling place. No odors (other than transient cooking smells.) We prefer everyone to be clean and help keep the place clean, wiping counters, microwave and surfaces you see need it - to take a swipe at it with any cleaner to help. We do have an automatic fragrance dispenser to help with a nice environment.
- No indoor smoking, for the most part.
- Full Bath in excellent shape is yours. We may have a guest that needs to use once a month maybe. Other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and I and other roomie will use our own bathrooms 100% of time.
- Share common areas, bath, complete kitchen, loft, couches, chairs, some garage storage, living room, TV, wifi, internet all included, washer & dryer, iron & board, etc.
No extra costs beyond rent.
Easy parking as close as 8 feet from the front door.
You'd need to show proof of income to pay rent, as my final thought.
