Private room available

I have a room available for rent now. The room is fully furnished. Rent is $1100 per month and includes full house privileges. Utilities are $50 per month and covers the cost of all utilities, streaming apps (on the TV only), paper towels, trash bags, soap and stuff like that.
Furniture includes: queen sized bed with memory foam mattress, bed linens, pillows, night table, small desk with chair and 50 inch TV mounted on the wall.
Looking for someone to stay for 12 months. I'm open to someone staying for less time but the rent will have to be a little higher.

$1000 deposit, proof of employment or parent cosigner for student, bank statement and references required. Room is for one person only! No exceptions.

Bedroom:
- The room is carpeted. Located on 2nd floor of the house. Large ceiling fan. Window view to the backyard. Central AC and heating. Good sized closet and extra storage cabinet in the hallway. Bedroom is about 11.5' x 11.5'. Shared bathroom.

House:
- Fully equipped kitchen with anything you need. 2 fridges, one in the kitchen and one in the garage for extra storage. In home gym in the garage with treadmill, cycling machine, adjustable dumbbells and pull up bar. Patio with outdoor furniture. High speed wifi available throughout the house (500 mbps) and will be switching to fiber internet when it becomes available in the neighborhood. Carpeted living room with 70 inch TV with streaming apps. Street parking available. Washer and dryer in the garage.
Currently 4 people living in the house including myself (32 male) (27 female) (45 female) and (30 female).

No pets in the house and no smoking.
