**Answers to a lot of the frequent questions:

Kitchen: there is a large burner cooktop stove in the kitchen. We will post pictures shortly. There is also a nice small combination air fryer and oven toaster oven.

Pets: the residents upstairs are very allergic to both cats and dogs, so unfortunately we can't accept pets at this time.

Number of tenants: the space is really only suitable for one person. Sorry, no exceptions.

Qualifications: a criminal background check, good verifiable rental history, references, and income.

Lease and Deposit: deposit equal to one month's rent. Lease is year renewable. Looking for a longterm tenant only.
